Parts & Labor have shared “Haunted Limbs,” a new single from Set Of All Sets, their first album in 15 years. The track follows the 20-minute “Endless Cycle” and arrives ahead of reunion shows on both coasts.

Parts & Labor have released Haunted Limbs, the latest single from Set Of All Sets, the New York band’s first album in 15 years. The track follows last month’s 20-minute, four-part lead single Endless Cycle and arrives ahead of a short run of reunion shows on both U.S. coasts.
Before their 2012 farewell show, Parts & Labor built a reputation as one of noise-rock’s most immediate bands, combining blown-out synth tones and hard-driving drums with direct, hook-heavy songwriting. Haunted Limbs leans into that balance, landing as a tighter and more accessible entry point than the sprawling first preview.
Drummer Christopher Weingarten returns on the new record and shares percussion duties with Joe Wong. Both play on Haunted Limbs, which keeps the band’s dense, distorted edge while staying rooted in a straightforward rock structure.
In a statement, co-leader Dan Friel said the song connects to the album’s broader theme of utopia while also addressing the band’s own restart after a long gap. “The lyric ‘It haunts us like a limb we haven’t grown yet’ pretty much sums it all up,” he said, adding that the song sounds close to classic Parts & Labor but “pushes things forward in a way that is impossible to miss from the minute you press play.”
Set Of All Sets is due out 7/10 via Ernest Jenning.
