Miley Cyrus’ ‘Flowers’ Leads Billboard’s All-Time Combined Airplay No. 1 Weeks List

Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” has logged a record 106 combined weeks at No. 1 across Billboard airplay charts, leading an all-time list of 22 songs with at least 52 weeks atop radio rankings.

Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” remains the longest-running No. 1 performer across Billboard’s radio rankings when combining every airplay chart a song has led. Through charts dated May 9, 2026, the single has totaled 106 weeks at No. 1 across Billboard airplay lists.

The song first reached an airplay summit on Feb. 25, 2023. Its total is driven by 57 weeks atop Adult Contemporary, plus 18 on Radio Songs, 17 on Adult Pop Airplay, 10 on Pop Airplay, and four on Dance/Mix Show Airplay.

Only one other title has reached 100 combined weeks: Alex Warren’s “Ordinary,” now at 100. That total includes 30 weeks on Adult Pop Airplay, a record-tying 27 on Radio Songs, 27 on Adult Contemporary, and a record 16 on Pop Airplay. “I think every single year there’s always that wedding song or love song,” Warren told Billboard in 2025. “I think ‘Ordinary,’ sonically, has been this exciting storytelling record. It’s a song about love and love is killing it right now.”

Billboard currently publishes 25 active radio airplay charts. The Adult Contemporary chart launched July 17, 1961. Country Airplay became the first chart ranked by electronically monitored data on Jan. 20, 1990. Current airplay rankings are based on Mediabase-monitored data provided by Luminate.
