Black Myth: Wukong team confirms 2026 global soundtrack tour

Game Science has announced a 2026 global concert tour for Black Myth: Wukong's soundtrack, with dates across Asia and North America. Tickets for most shows are on sale now. The studio also confirmed a sequel, Black Myth: Zhong Kui.

Game Science has confirmed a global concert tour for Black Myth: Wukong’s soundtrack in 2026. The company published dates and venues across Asia and North America.

Black Myth: Wukong launched in 2024. The single-player action-adventure is inspired by the Chinese novel Journey to the West. Players control the Destined One to restore Sun Wukong by collecting six relics.

The game sold more than 14 million units in its first week. A sequel, Black Myth: Zhong Kui, was confirmed in August.

Tickets for Hangzhou, Shanghai, Changsha, Guangzhou, Beijing, Chengdu, New York and Los Angeles are on sale now. Remaining shows will go on sale in the near future.

‘In collaboration with world-class musical ensembles and premier venues worldwide, Black Myth: Wukong will deliver a professional and breathtaking concert experience for all Destined Ones,’ Game Science said in a press release. ‘A highlight of this global tour is the integration of traditional Chinese folk music with symphonic orchestration. In collaboration with seasoned musicians from various regions, Game Science will deliver an immersive ‘East-meets-West’ musical experience.’ Organisers also said original vocalists for multiple in-game songs will join the tour.

Game Science has not given a release date for Black Myth: Zhong Kui. The studio says the sequel will be another single-player action role-playing game rooted in ancient Chinese fantasy. It will draw on the folktale Zhong Kui Banishing Evil.

Separately, Netflix’s second season of its Devil May Cry adaptation arrives May 12. The show’s soundtrack will feature 2000s alt-rock songs from artists including Avril Lavigne and Korn.
