Oasis’ Live ’25 Reunion Documentary Heads to Theaters Worldwide on Sept. 11

Oasis will release an untitled documentary of its Live ’25 reunion tour in theaters worldwide on Sept. 11. The film includes the first joint interview with Noel and Liam Gallagher in 25 years.

The movie was produced in partnership with Disney, magna studios and Sony Music Vision. It is scheduled to stream later in the year on Disney+ and on Hulu in the U.S.

Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, A Thousand Blows) serves as executive producer. Directors Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, known for Shut Up and Play the Hits and Meet Me in the Bathroom, led the documentary.

According to the studios, the film draws on rehearsal and backstage footage and will feature the brothers together in their first joint interview in 25 years. The statement adds that the film explores “the profound emotional impact of this phenomenal global cultural moment and what [its] music means to audiences and generations worldwide.”

“I wanted to tell the story of the brothers and the band, but just as important, the story of the fans whose lives the music has touched and sometimes changed forever. The film will open at select IMAX cinemas, with worldwide listings to be released in the coming months.

Oasis’ Live ’25 tour began in Cardiff, Wales, on July 4 and ran for 41 shows worldwide. It was the band’s first run of concerts in 16 years. The group has been linked to possible future tours, but no dates have been announced.
