Hailee Steinfeld Shares First Photo of Baby Girl on Mother’s Day

Hailee Steinfeld marked her first Mother’s Day as a mom by posting the first glimpse of her baby girl.

On Monday, Steinfeld shared an Instagram carousel with photos from her Mother’s Day celebration with husband Josh Allen. The post included two carefully framed shots of the couple’s baby, whose name has not been revealed. In the first image, the baby’s hand is wrapped around Steinfeld’s finger.

“A day late but simply obsessed with this,” Steinfeld wrote in the caption. The carousel also showed a Mother’s Day cake, a breakfast spread with a large flower bouquet and a stack of Mother’s Day cards. The final photo showed the baby in fruit-patterned socks and a polkadot onesie.

“A day late but simply obsessed with this,” Steinfeld captioned her post.

Fans and friends filled the comments with Mother’s Day wishes. Actor Jeremy Renner wrote, “Happy New Mothers Day !!!” and added, “I am so very happy for you.”

Steinfeld and Allen married last May in a private ceremony. They announced the pregnancy through Steinfeld’s newsletter Beau Society before confirming it on Instagram in December. In April, Steinfeld said through Beauty Society that she had given birth to a baby girl.

During a press conference on April 20, Allen said he was “very excited” about fatherhood. He added, “I do think this is going to be the best version of myself in all aspects-in my professional career and my personal life. It’s such a blessing,” while also praising Steinfeld: “I’ve got an absolute rockstar of a wife that’s doing so many things right now and allowing me to be here right now and be with my teammates.”

Allen and Steinfeld welcomed their first child together in April.
