The Rolling Stones have shared the 14-track Foreign Tongues list in multiple languages ahead of the album's July 10 release.

The Rolling Stones have unveiled the 14-song tracklist for their new album Foreign Tongues, and the titles come translated into a range of foreign languages.
The band’s 25th studio album arrives on July 10 via Polydor/Universal Music. It includes guest appearances from Paul McCartney, Robert Smith, Steve Winwood and the late Charlie Watts. Pre-order your copy here.
The record was introduced with lead single “In The Stars”, backed by the bluesy “Rough And Twisted”. The full tracklist now confirms a cover of Amy Winehouse’s “You Know I’m No Good”, here listed in Polish as “Wiesz, ze jestem do niczego”.
The Foreign Tongues tracklist is:
“Rough And Twisted”
“In The Stars”
“Jealous Love” (“Amante Jalouse” in French)
“Mr. Charm” (“ミスター・チャーム” in Japanese)
“Divine Intervention” (“Intervencao Divina” in Portuguese)
“Ringing Hollow” (“Rinkelende Holte” in Dutch)
“Never Wanna Lose You” (“No quiero perderte nunca” in Spanish)
“Hit Me In The Head” (“Calpiscimi in testa” in Italian)
“You Know I’m No Good” (“Wiesz, ze jestem do niczego” in Polish)
“Some Of Us” (“Nagra av oss” in Swedish)
“Covered In You” (“Daekket i dig” in Danish)
“Side Effects” (“Bivirkninger” in Norwegian)
“Back In Your Life” (“Kembali ke dalam hidupmu” in Indonesian)
“Beautiful Delilah” (“Magandang Delilah” in Filipino)
At a New York media event last week, the band also explained how Robert Smith ended up on the project. Mick Jagger recalled meeting the Cure frontman and telling him:
“He was standing there with his back to me and this long gown on and when he turned around, he was covered in lipstick. And I said, I never met him before, ‘You’re Robert Smith of The Cure’. And he said, ‘Yeah, we’ve never met’. And I said, ‘While you’re here, you better go and do something’. That’s how collaborations work sometimes,”Jagger said.

“Back In Your Life” was written by Ronnie Wood as a tribute to Brian Wilson, composed in the days after the Beach Boys leader’s death last year.
The album was recorded in less than a month at Metropolis Studios in West London, with production from Andrew Watt, who also worked with the band on 2024’s Hackney Diamonds.
“I love doing these recording sessions in London at Metropolis,” Jagger said. “It was a very intense few weeks recording ‘Foreign Tongues’. We had 14 great tracks and we went as fast as we could. I like the room there as it’s not too big so you can feel the passion in the room from everyone.”
Keith Richards said the record carries a sense of “continuity from ‘Hackney Diamonds’” and keeps “that London vibe” from the last album. Wood added that “the atmosphere in the room was so creative, and the whole band was on top form throughout the whole process”.
A full tour is unlikely to follow anytime soon. In late 2025, the Stones said they had scrapped plans for a UK and European stadium run in 2026 because Richards was unable to “commit” to it.
The band played their North American Hackney Diamonds tour in 2024, which landed at Number Six on the list of the highest-grossing music world tours that year. Their last UK shows came in 2022, when two large London BST Hyde Park concerts followed a stadium date in Liverpool.
