LISA Wore Four-Armed Sculpture at 2026 Met Gala, Vogue Shares Fitting Video
Vogue posted a May 5 clip of LISA’s final fitting for the 2026 Met Gala. The singer strapped on a pair of 3D-scanned mannequin arms, questioned the listed 1.8 kilo weight, and wore the piece with a white veil on May 4. All four BLACKPINK members attended.
LISA appeared on the 2026 Met Gala carpet wearing an attached pair of mannequin arms. Vogue released a behind-the-scenes clip on May 5 showing the final fitting before the event.
The video documents stylist Robert Wun and his team fitting white, mannequin-like arms made from a 3D scan of LISA’s body. The piece was mounted like a backpack. The team tested rings and bracelets on the fake fingers and wrists during the session.
“I am nervous for tomorrow, because my extra arms are really heavy,” LISA says in the video. “He said it’s 1.8 kilo, but I don’t think so. I think it’s heavier than that – but I have to fight through it.”
The final outfit included a sheer white veil supported by the extra arms. LISA wore the assembly on the carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4, 2026. Before the gala she told Vogue, “I don’t want to trip tomorrow!”
All four BLACKPINK members — LISA, JISOO, JENNIE and ROSÉ — attended the event. They arrived separately. The Met Gala theme was “Costume Art” and the dress code read “Fashion Is Art.” It was LISA’s second time at the gala.
