The Beatles’ First Official Museum Experience to Open at 3 Savile Row in 2027
The Beatles will open their first official fan experience and museum at 3 Savile Row in London in 2027.
The Beatles will open their first official fan experience and museum in 2027 at 3 Savile Row in London, the site of the band’s famous 1969 rooftop concert.
Apple Corps Ltd. announced the project for the Mayfair townhouse, where the seven floors will include never-seen-before material from the company’s archives, rotating exhibitions, a fan store and a recreation of the original studio where Let It Be was recorded. While unofficial Beatles attractions already exist in London, Liverpool and other cities, including Hamburg, this is the first experience run by the band’s own company. Apple Corps said the opening will bring fans back to the building that once housed the group’s business operations and later became the backdrop for the rooftop performance captured in Let It Be and revisited in Peter Jackson’s Get Back.
Apple Corps chief executive Tom Greene said the company was “thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home” and noted that fans have long taken photos outside the building. “Next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969,” he said.
Paul McCartney also visited the building recently. “It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around,” he said. “There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.” Ringo Starr added, “Wow, it’s like coming home.”
The project follows a round of new hires and promotions at Apple Corps announced in April under Greene, who joined the company in 2025. It also arrives as more Beatles projects line up, including four films directed by Sam Mendes, with Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Joseph Quinn as George Harrison and Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr.
